Nick Cappiello

Nick brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial leadership and sales expertise to Preferred Plastics & Packaging. As VP of Sales, he leads a nationwide team of sales professionals while spearheading the company’s marketing initiatives and digital transformation efforts.

Prior to  joining Preferred Plastics in 2023, Nick held executive positions in private equity and consumer packaged goods, managing P&Ls exceeding $93M. He holds an MBA from the University of New Haven and a BS in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University.

A former college football player, Nick channels his competitive spirit into developing winning sales strategies. Outside the office, he’s an avid woodworker who enjoys creating custom projects and spending time with his wife and son.
